Terms of Use

These terms apply to the UK Trains ChatGPT app, public site, and MCP service.

Service purpose

UK Trains provides rail information and convenience links. It is not a booking agent, train operator, journey contract provider, emergency service, or official disruption notice channel.

Accuracy and availability

Train data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or corrected after it is shown. Always check official station displays, operator announcements, and ticket conditions before travelling.

Ticket links

Buy tickets links are outbound links to Trainline. UK Trains does not process payments, store payment details, issue tickets, provide refunds, or control Trainline checkout. Some ticket links may include affiliate or tracking parameters; this does not change the rail data shown in UK Trains.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to overload, scrape, or abuse rail data providers or UK Trains infrastructure.
• Do not try to extract API credentials, bypass service limits, or interfere with other users.
• Do not rely on UK Trains as the sole source for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.

Third-party services

Realtime Trains, Trainline, OpenAI, Cloudflare, National Rail, Network Rail, and train operating companies are separate organisations with their own terms and policies. UK Trains is independent and does not represent those organisations.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of UK Trains means you accept the current terms.
